Butterflies And Hearts

I've really gotten interested in hardanger, specialty stitches, etc. I wanted to try out some silk flosses, without the investment, so when I saw this kit at a Hobby Lobby, I snatched it up. I had a lot of fun stitching it, though the silk was harder to work with than I thought it would be - everyone always said that silk works up so well! When I poked around on some message boards, though, I learned that the Kreinik Silk Mori isn't the most popular kind, which might have been my problem.

I ran out of the green floss for the leaves, and was sent more within a week. I was extremely pleased with the customer service of Lorri Birmingham Designs.
