Two Shall Be As One

I was really leery of cross-stitching something in a square, because of the high probability of not finding a ready-made frame that I liked. So, my husband and I picked a couple patterns we liked, and I decided to find the frame first. I had no luck in Michael's, but one day in Bed, Bath, and Beyond, my husband found pre-framed art in the exact right shape, with a mat in the right color. Better yet, it was on sale. So we got the frame, took out the picture that was in it, and replaced it with the cross-stitch.
